  • "I'm not one to normally go to a chiropractor. When I was sent to Alternative Chiropractic for care, I was a little skeptical. I went to Dr. Bell after a car accident. Him and his office staff are wonderful. They do truly have compassion for their patients. They had me back to feeling great in no time. Wish I had known that it would have helped me so much. I often go back for adjustments just because it makes me feel so good. Highly recommended. Friendly atmosphere and the massages are awesome!!"

  • "I don't know how I'd get along without Dr. Bell. I used to have chronic migraines and neck pain at least once a week. The neck pain would trigger the migraines most of the time. Was constantly taking medicine, using heat and ice packs to get by as it would affect me at work. Got old quick. I went from having to go weekly to once every month or so for maintenance. It is wonderful not to have the pain I was having. I do not like manual adjustments so the pro adjuster is great. It does not hurt at all and I admit when I first set up my appointment, I was skeptical but now, I wouldn't go without! You can tell that Dr. Bell cares about his patients and doesn't treat you as just another appointment. His staff is nice and professional. Over 2 years later, I have referred friends and family and I wouldn't change a thing. I highly recommend to give him a try if you are skeptical, in pain and don't know what else to do!"

MoreI've been seeing Dr. Bell for almost 6 months now and I cannot say enough good things about him and his practice. I had been going to a chiropractor in Salisbury for several years and moved to Dr. Bell due to a job change. I am absolutely impressed by the amount of time he takes working with me and in the detailed care he provides. His office staff is top-notch, extremely friendly and courteous. I look forward to my monthly adjustments. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a good chiropractor to try out Alternative Chiropractic."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
